Once again, this year, Made in Steel is supporting the I.S.E.O Summer School, the international summer course organized by the I.S.E.O Institute (Institute for Studies on Economics and Occupation) focused on in-depth study and discussion on topical issues affecting international economics and macroeconomics.

Thanks to the scholarship sponsored by Made in Steel, the Philippine student Gilliane Angela De Gorostiza, a 26-year-old currently enrolled at the University of the Philippines in Quezon City, attended the 2022 edition of the Summer School.

The course aims to bring together young graduates from all over the world. During the week, students are given the opportunity to attend lectures and support debates with Nobel Laureates in Economics and some of the most well-known international economists.

The 18th edition, which took place from June 18 to 25, 2022, was centred on “The post pandemic economic recovery” and focused on some of the biggest challenges that global economy is facing and will face, after the pandemic.
